Diesel-Displacement with Solar Systems in the Canadian Arctic
The seminar will cover the development, implementation and operation of solar systems in remote communities in the Canadian North, specifically in the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Nunavik, including the implementation experience and operational performance data throughout the seasons.

Klaus Dohring has two Master’s level engineering degrees and 25 years of international experience in the automotive industry. He started Green Sun Rising Inc. more than 10 years ago and has built a network of solar activities and expertise, supported by leading global solar companies, with decades of solar experience and know-how. Green Sun Rising develops and implements solar projects across North America, including the Canadian Arctic.
