\n Anthony Whitehead Maker Space\n <\/h2>\n \n \n <\/header>\n\n \n\n

The Anthony Whitehead Maker Space is a room that students can book a time-slot in to use equipment like our school\u2019s 3D Printer, Soldering Irons, Vacuum Former, Laser Cutter and electronics equipment. This is also a space where you can work on hardware for your capstone projects. For first time use you will be required to be trained on some machinery by our Digital Equipment Technician.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\n\n

Use of certain Maker Space equipment may require additional Health and Safety training, and (if applicable) you will be required to provide us proof of completion.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

\n Sound Room\n <\/h2>\n \n \n <\/header>\n\n \n\n

The Sound Room is a space that students can book to do recording sessions for audio projects. The space comes equipped with a sound proofed room and an operator room for overseeing the recording with a mixing board. The space also features a high performance video editing PC for if you require some extra performance than what is available in our other computer labs.  <\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\n\n

\n Production Studio\n <\/h2>\n \n \n <\/header>\n\n \n\n

The Production Studio is a space that students can book for use in filming projects and motion capture projects. The space is equipped with a blue and green screen that can be swapped by request to our Digital Equipment Technician. The facility also features an overhead lighting array and a camera array for use with the motion capture system. When booking please specify any equipment required to be borrowed and if you intend to use the lighting system or motion capture system.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\n\n
