The CDF is an Ottawa, place-based, community development initiative that serves as a facilitator, advisor, coordinator and influencer to help residents and organisations to work better together, build on community strengths and improve life for people and communities experiencing low-income. The CDF approach puts residents at the centre of decision-making and driving action which leads to effective, impactful, and sustainable results. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tammy has a BSW and MSW from Carleton University.
