15th Annual Social Work Research Day<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Centre for Studies on Poverty and Social Citizenship<\/a> proudly presents the Carleton School of Social Work<\/a> 15th Annual Research Day conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, Social Research Day will be going virtual and spread out over the week of March 1 – 5. Submissions are open to current Social Work students, faculty, instructors, alumni and social workers in the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conference committee is currently accepting presentation proposals on this year’s theme, Embracing Connection: Social Work in our Communities<\/strong>. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

These presentations can explore class papers, research proposals, research findings, practicum\/work experience, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The deadline for submission is Monday, February 1st, 2021<\/strong>. Abstracts will be peer reviewed and notice of acceptances will be sent by Monday February 8th, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
