CTPL conducted an evaluation of the sustainability of a multi-year trade capacity building investment during the 2002-2006 period by the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) in the Trade Law Centre for Southern Africa (tralac). The main conclusion is that the investment is an example of how a good idea, good partners, strong corporate governance, and innovative donor support can promote the development of sustainable trade policy and law communities in the developing world. www.tralac.org
