Carleton University\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/arc.library.carleton.ca\/\">Archives and Research Collections<\/a> (ARC) staff have made Carleton student newspapers <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.org\/details\/carletonarchives?and%5B0%5D=newspaper\" target=\"_blank\">available online<\/a> in the the Internet Archive. The collection includes 27 volumes of <em>The Carleton<\/em>, which was published from 1945 to 1970.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2864 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/cu75\/wp-content\/uploads\/the-carleton2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"712\" height=\"749\" srcset=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/cu75\/wp-content\/uploads\/the-carleton2.jpg 712w, https:\/\/carleton.ca\/cu75\/wp-content\/uploads\/the-carleton2-300x316.jpg 300w, https:\/\/carleton.ca\/cu75\/wp-content\/uploads\/the-carleton2-400x421.jpg 400w, https:\/\/carleton.ca\/cu75\/wp-content\/uploads\/the-carleton2-700x736.jpg 700w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 712px) 100vw, 712px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Preserving the Past<\/h2>\n<p>The archive also includes 44 volumes of <a href=\"http:\/\/charlatan.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\">The Charlatan<\/a>, covering issues between 1971 and 2015.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2865 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/cu75\/wp-content\/uploads\/the-charlatan.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"497\" height=\"673\" srcset=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/cu75\/wp-content\/uploads\/the-charlatan.jpg 497w, https:\/\/carleton.ca\/cu75\/wp-content\/uploads\/the-charlatan-300x406.jpg 300w, https:\/\/carleton.ca\/cu75\/wp-content\/uploads\/the-charlatan-400x542.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 497px) 100vw, 497px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>These volumes and many others from Carleton&#8217;s history are also preserved physically.
