Postdoc position: Carbon cycling in the Hudson Bay Lowlands<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Available: a postdoctoral researcher\/research associate position to study carbon and water fluxes in the Hudson Bay Lowlands <\/strong>at Carleton University.\u00a0Project activities include evaluation of 10+ year eddy covariance flux datasets from several flux tower sites and the use of these datasets to constrain a terrestrial biosphere model using a data-model integration approach to resolve environmental controls on land-atmosphere CO2<\/sub>\u00a0and CH4<\/sub>\u00a0exchanges in the Hudson Bay Lowlands.<\/p>\n

Candidates should have experience using or developing ecosystem or land surface models and experience working with evaluation datasets including but not limited to eddy covariance flux datasets. The successful applicant will join a dynamic research group with the opportunity to develop strong working relationships with academic and government scientists throughout Canada.\u00a0 This is a 1-year position. Start date is as soon as possible.
