Cross-listing (or merging) a cuLearn course creates one course that all the students from both sections can access. Cross-listing a course means that course materials and activities are shared from within one cuLearn section. Such courses have a shared gradebook and shared emailing functions as well. If you would like to cross-list one or more courses, you will need to fill out the form below to submit the request to ITS.
NOTE: You cannot merge “Lab” or “Tutorial” sections with course sections. Only courses with different student enrolments can be merged. You can, for example, merge all the Lab sections of a course together into one Lab course with all the different sections students in it.
Please double check the information you enter as it is extremely difficult to un-merge courses once merged.
