Completion of the program within the timeline specified is the expectation. Accordingly, any request for extensions must be premised on:<br \/>\n<strong>\u2022\u00a0<\/strong>A sound rationale as to delays;<br \/>\n<strong>\u2022<\/strong>\u00a0Progress over the years leading to the time-to-completion, as evidenced by yearly reports;<br \/>\n<strong>\u2022<\/strong>\u00a0A reasonable timeframe for bringing the dissertation to defense.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Requests must be submitted no later than a full month before the time-to-completion deadline using the dedicated FGPA form.
