Sharing a Page or Collection<\/h2>\n

  1. On the Dashboard page click the ‘Share’ button.

  2. Click the Edit access key button (lock icon) next to the title of the page or collection you would like to share.\"\"<\/li>\n
  3. Click Share with<\/strong>.
    \n\"\"<\/li>\n
  4. You can choose to share your page or collection with a group or with ndividual users on cuPortfolio:\n
      \n
    1. If you would like to share your page with an individual user:\n
        \n
      1. \u00a0Select Person.<\/strong><\/li>\n
      2. \u00a0Type their name in the field to locate the user and click on their name to add them to your access list.<\/li>\n
      3. Click Save.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      4. If you would like to share your page with a group:\n
          \n
        1. Under Groups, select the group you would like to share with.<\/li>\n
        2. Click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          To share your portfolio with individuals who do not have a cuPortfolio account, you can create a secret URL<\/a>.<\/p>\n

          Note.<\/strong>\u00a0All pages in a collection have the same access permissions. This means that if you share a page that is within a collection, all of the other pages within that collection will be shared as well.<\/em><\/p>\n
