If you have set up a Brightspace assignment to receive locked portfolio submissions<\/a>, you have the option to release the portfolios back to your students so that they can continue to edit them.<\/p>\n

Unlocking portfolios must be done on an individual basis. Most instructors release the portfolio when they grade each portfolio submission.<\/p>\n

To unlock a cuPortfolio submission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. In your Brightspace course, in the Nav bar, click\u00a0Tools <\/strong>and select Assignments<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Click on the assignment you want to release portfolios for<\/li>\n
  3. Click on a the student’s submission<\/li>\n
  4. Click on the name of their portfolio that they submitted (it will be a blue link)<\/li>\n
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the portfolio and click Release collection

    Note<\/strong>: An archive is made of all submitted portfolios. These archives are not available to instructors but they are available on a request basis.
