Website owners should regularly review their site’s editor group to ensure that only current, authorized users have access. A simple approach is to check your group’s membership twice a year, for example, on the spring and autumn equinoxes<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For sites in the cuTheme template<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To locate your site’s security groups:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to your website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Go to Appearance > User Access<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Review the membership of your editor group.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    For example, carleton.ca\/kittens<\/strong> might have a security group named kittens-cuTheme_e<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For CCMS Sites<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Similarly, for sites in the CCMS template:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
