cutheme continues to grow and evolve, and we want to make sure that the platform is meeting the needs of the people who use it every day. To help us plan future improvements, we want to hear from you.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n <\/header>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

Whether you work in cutheme every day or only update your website occasionally, your experience can help us identify where the platform is working well, where it could be better, and what we should be thinking about next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What would you like to see improved?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re interested in all kinds of feedback. You don\u2019t need to have a fully formed feature request or be experiencing a technical problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For example, we\u2019d like to know:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • What works well for you?<\/strong> Are there features or parts of cuthemethat make managing your website easier?<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • What frustrates you?<\/strong> Is there something that takes too many steps, feels unnecessarily difficult, or doesn\u2019t work the way you expect?<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • What would you like cutheme to do that it doesn\u2019t do today?<\/strong> This could be a new block, an enhancement to an existing feature, or an entirely new capability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Is there something you need to do but aren\u2019t sure how?<\/strong> Sometimes the solution may already exist, but it may be difficult to find or unclear how to use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Is anything confusing?<\/strong> Are there labels, options, settings, workflows, or parts of the editor that could be clearer?<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Are you working around a limitation?<\/strong> If you\u2019ve found yourself doing something manually because cutheme doesn\u2019t quite support what you need, we want to know about it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Is there something you avoid using?<\/strong> Maybe a feature seems too complicated, you aren\u2019t sure what it does, or it doesn\u2019t produce the result you expect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Do you have concerns about the platform?<\/strong> Let us know if there\u2019s something about cutheme, your site, or the way you manage content that concerns you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • What would make your work easier?<\/strong> Even if you\u2019re not sure what the technical solution should be, tell us what you\u2019re trying to accomplish.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    And if your feedback doesn\u2019t fit neatly into any of those categories, we still want to hear it.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You don\u2019t need to know the solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    One of the most useful things you can tell us is simply what you are trying to accomplish<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You don\u2019t need to know whether the answer is a new feature, a change to cutheme, better documentation, additional training, or something else. That\u2019s something our team can investigate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For example, instead of thinking\u201cI need a new block that does X,\u201d<\/em> your feedback can simply be:<\/p>\n\n\n

    \u201cI regularly need to do X on my website, and I haven\u2019t found a good way to do it.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

    That context is incredibly useful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Help Shape What Comes Next<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Feedback from the Carleton web community helps us understand where we should focus our attention as cutheme continues to evolve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Some suggestions may lead to improvements to the platform itself. Others may highlight opportunities for better documentation, training, support, or changes to an existing workflow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Most importantly, we want to understand your experience using cutheme.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If there\u2019s something you\u2019ve been wishing cutheme could do, something that\u2019s been bothering you, or even something you\u2019ve just been wondering about, now is a great time to tell us.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n
