Furthermore, we introduce a meta-model that represents group decision-making support and describes how it can be configured at both design time and run time to facilitate the decision-making process. Strategies are constructed or selected during design time and are applied at run time when team members are unable to reach a decision. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This paper was presented at\u00a0the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/conf.researchr.org\/home\/hcse-2026\">11th International Working Conference on Human-Centered Software Engineering (HCSE 2026)<\/a><\/strong>.
