The courses will include the first-year survey, \u201cHistory and Theory of Architecture: Prehistory to 1500,\u201d the second-year course, \u201cExperiencing Architecture,\u201d as well as specialized courses in the successful candidate&#8217;s research interests and expertise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We encourage qualified candidates from underrepresented groups to apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"about-the-academic-unit\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">About the Academic Unit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Carleton University\u2019s History and Theory of Architecture program is located within the School for Studies in Art and Culture, which also houses programs in Art History, Film Studies, and Music. The History and Theory of Architecture program offers a BA and an MA in Art and Architectural History.
