The module titled \u201cFrom Research Assistantships to Beyond: Transferable Skills, Reflexivity, and Communication for RAs\u201d is building off of a workshop hosted for DPP project partners this past spring. This module was developed to be an open access resource for research assistants and those who employ them. Structured into three parts, the video component of the module breaks down transferable skills, the meaning-making reflections, and the communication of skills into new circumstances for RAs.
