One of the jewels in the Discovery Centre for Undergraduate Research and Engagement is the Learning Lab – a technology-rich room filled with cluster tables, multiple projectors and display screens for both students and instructors. And everything is on wheels!

The Learning Lab is an active learning classroom and we want to help you learn how to use this room.  There is no front or centre of the classroom, so where do you stand?  There is so much technology, how does it run?  Do I have to use the technology?

During this training event, you will learn by doing, so please bring your laptop or mobile device.  Having come once,  please come again to help lead the next training event, with support right at hand.  With experience, you will master the technology and become ready to learn how to change your curriculum to engage this exciting approach to teaching.

We are here to help you.

Planned sessions are listed below at 11:30 AM until 1:00 PM. If not convenient, please contact us to discuss alternative times or private training.
