Williams &amp; S. Ceci caused a flurry of activity in response to research they published in PNAS suggesting that if anything, the gender bias in science was in favour of women, or at least it was in simulated hirings in the lab. \u00a0Although there has already been considerable critique of their research, this most recent one by J. Williams &amp; J.
