LiFi uses visible light communication (VLC) to transmit data, offering high-speed wireless communication that can be integrated into existing lighting infrastructure. The project will involve designing, implementing, and testing a LiFi system capable of transmitting video data reliably and efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"skill-sets-required\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skill Sets Required:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Understanding of optical communication principles<br>\n\u2022 Experience with electronics and circuit design<br>\n\u2022 Knowledge of signal processing and modulation techniques<br>\n\u2022 Skills in software development and programming (e.g., Python, MATLAB)<br>\n\u2022 Familiarity with video encoding and decoding<br>\n\u2022 Experience with testing and troubleshooting communication systems<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"summary\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Summary:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Through this capstone project, students will gain valuable skills in optical communication, electronics design, signal processing, and software development. They will have hands-on experience with designing and implementing LiFi systems, encoding and decoding video data, and integrating and testing complex communication systems.
