Carleton University Magazine, Winter 2004
Dr. H. Edward (Ted) English died on August 16, 2003. Retired from the Department of Economics and the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs, he had celebrated 50 years at Carleton University in 2000. In his retirement, he continued to be active in the Centre for Trade Policy and Law and in the Ecumenical Chaplaincy.
His family has established the H. Edward (Ted) English Memorial Scholarship in his memory, and they invite contributions to it through the Department of Development and Alumni Services as an expression of respect for Dr. English and a continuing expression of his concern for students.
