Join the Department of Economics on Friday, January 13, 2023 at 2:30 pm for a panel discussion on job prospects for International Students in Canada after graduation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hosted by Economics Department Chair Hashmat Khan the panel features 3 graduates from the Economics Department who attended Carleton University as international students: Mumtaz Ahmad (PhD, 2021), Fouzia Khan (MA, 2020), and Andrea Alvarez Delgado (B.ECON, 2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The panel discussion will be broadcast live on Zoom, and the link will only be sent to those who register.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As an international student, I earned an MA and a Ph.D. from Memorial University of Newfoundland and Carleton University, respectively. My expertise and areas of research lie in Macroeconomics and International Monetary Economics. I am currently a Contract Instructor at the Economics Department at Carleton University. I am also a part-time Lecturer at Toronto Metropolitan University.<\/td><\/tr>
