Welcome to My Classroom is a highly interactive workshop series that aims to connect faculty, instructors and contract instructors on subjects related to teaching and learning, as well as the administrative component of managing students, TAs and the classroom. Starting September 2018, we’ll be meeting every month (except December and April) at the EDC (fourth floor Dunton Tower) to discuss teaching techniques over a brown-bag lunch. Sessions are usually held on the final Friday of every month, with occasional exceptions. Each session will kick off with a presenter who will share what they do in their classroom, followed by a discussion about how others might adapt similar techniques.
