She published &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/eetn\/2026\/women-peace-and-security-in-ukraine-addressing-conflict-related-sexual-violence-and-advancing-eu-integration\/\">Women, Peace and Security in Ukraine: Addressing Conflict-Related Sexual Violence and Advancing EU Integration<\/a>&#8221; as part of the program. Yuliya kindly shared her perspective on the mentorship program and highlighted the benefit that her participation had on her academic and professional development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"can-you-tell-me-a-little-bit-about-your-experience-in-the-mentorship-program\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can you tell me a little bit about your experience in the mentorship program?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The mentorship program was great. I got really good feedback and comments from the editors which really enhanced my piece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"what-was-the-process-of-working-with-your-mentor-like-how-did-your-relationship-aid-in-the-drafting-of-your-policy-memo\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">What was the process of working with your mentor like? How did your relationship aid in the drafting of your policy memo?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The editors and mentors provided valuable comments and sources to look into to enhance my memo. All the conversations were nice and helpful and aided in creating the optimal memo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"how-important-was-the-mentorship-program-to-you-and-your-development-as-a-young-scholar\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">How important was the mentorship program to you and your development as a young scholar?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I enjoyed the comments and feedback exchange.
