Typically, jobs are posted &nbsp;4-5 days. During this time, applications will appear as zero (0) and will update once the job application deadline has passed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the deadline, an application bundle will be emailed to your inbox. (Applications are available via the employer\u2019s website for those employers that selected this option.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"interviews\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Interviews<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you\u2019ve reviewed your applications you can\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cuhire.carleton.ca\/login.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">log into your CUHire account<\/a>\u00a0to select interview candidates and submit your interview request.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/employers\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/113\/2025\/08\/Employer-Guide-to-Selecting-Candidates-and-Submitting-an-Interview-Request.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Click here for a step-by-step visual guide to scheduling Co-op interviews on CUHire<\/a>.\u00a0Alternatively, if you prefer, you can email your interview request to the Co-op office at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:co-op@carleton.ca\">co-op@carleton.ca<\/a>. The following information is required to schedule your interviews:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Interviewer Name(s<\/strong>);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Candidate Name(s);<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Location&nbsp;<\/strong>(off campus, on campus);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Method<\/strong>&nbsp;(web conference, phone, in-person);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Date(s) and start time&nbsp;<\/strong>(including duration of each interview and&nbsp;breaks); and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Additional instructions&nbsp;<\/strong>the candidates may need.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Interviews can take place by video conferencing (Teams, Zoom, etc.), by phone, at the employer\u2019s location (following health and safety guidance) or on campus.&nbsp;Interview rooms on<a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/campus\/map\/#TT\">-campus<\/a>&nbsp;are available on a limited basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"hire\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hire<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>After the interview process, you can notify the Co-op office of your student selection(s). The Co-op office will then extend a job offer to the student on your behalf and will give the student 48 hours to make their decision.
