As per the Undergraduate Calendar, <a href=\"https:\/\/calendar.carleton.ca\/undergrad\/regulations\/academicregulationsoftheuniversity\/registration-evaluation-records\/#course-load\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\">Regulation 2.1.4<\/a>, eligible students must have a minimum of 4.0 credits completed at Carleton and a minimum CGPA of 7.00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that B.Eng students who have obtained second-year standing are automatically granted an increase in credit limit from 2.5 to 3.0 credits per term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please contact the Academic Support Office at <a href=\"mailto:EngAcadSupport@cunet.carleton.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\">EngAcadSupport@cunet.carleton.ca<\/a> for the overload form and detailed instructions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Students who wish to register in a course load greater than the normal load for any term must apply for a course overload.
