3000 Level Creative Writing Workshops
Registration for all 3000-level creative-writing workshops has opened up to any interested student at the 3000-level or above. This means students can go ahead and register in a workshop without submitting writing samples. This is for Winter 2022 only; the portfolio-submission process will return in a revised form in Summer 2022.
2000 Level Creative Writing Workshops
ENGL 2901 (Writing Poetry) is a course for which a writing sample must be submitted prior to registration. Winter writing samples must be submitted by Friday, November 5, 2021. Please submit your writing sample using the application form. Applicants will receive an acknowledgement email and a decision will be communicated by Wednesday, November 17, 2021. Students are advised to make an alternate course selection until those accepted into workshops are notified. Writing samples are available at the links below. If workshops are not full, applications past this deadline may be considered by the instructor.
