CURRENT RESEARCH
:
My research examines first- and second-generation South Asian women’s literature and the representation of gendered migration in their fiction, memoir, and films. Focusing on how immigrant life transitions are represented, my research explores the ways in which widely varying experiences of migration and resettlement impact life in both public and domestic spheres.
