Carleton English Department\u2019s Writer-in-Residence Program is delighted to be partnering with the CBC All In A Day Book Club and the Ottawa International Writer\u2019s Fest in hosting <\/strong>Zeina Sleiman<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0in conversation with Alan Neal and Monia Mazigh about Zeina\u2019s book Where the Jasmine Blooms<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The All In A Day Book Club is a popular literary event in Ottawa, full of fun and surprises, and recorded for broadcast on CBC Radio. Wonderful food and books available to purchase. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In-Person Event: April 28th<\/sup>, 6:30 p.m.,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Greenboro Public Library, 363 Lorry Greenberg Dr<\/strong> (a space Zeina loves from her youth in Ottawa)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zoom event starts at 6:00 p.m<\/strong>. including Monia Mazigh<\/a> (Carleton\u2019s Writer-in-Residence this term) in conversation with writer Reem Gaafar<\/a> before the in-person event. Reem will be at the Ottawa Writer\u2019s Festival in person on April 30!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
