A playwright, dramaturge, and multi-disciplinary performer, Prof. Waisvisz\u2019s two-act play <em>Heartlines<\/em> (about queer-Jewish activists Claude Cahun and Marcel Moore) premiered to sold-out audiences at Ottawa\u2019s 2020 undercurrents festival and had a sold-out mainstage run at Great Canadian Theatre (GCTC) in 2022. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomsbury.com\/ca\/global-jewish-plays-five-works-by-jewish-playwrights-from-around-the-world-9781350383333\/\"><em>Heartlines<\/em> was published in November 2023 by Methuen Drama<\/a> (Bloomsbury UK) in the collection <em>Global Jewish Plays<\/em>.
