SUMMARY:Queer Survivors Panel: Discussions of Resilience and Community Support
DESCRIPTION:Join us as we listen to student voices on navigating sexual violence while identifying as a member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. Students will share their stories of resilience, strength and how they found care within their community. We must acknowledge that members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community are disproportionately impacted by sexual violence, and through this discussion we will learn about how we can adequately support queer survivors and work to create inclusive and safe spaces for the community here on campus.
