This significant role provides critical leadership for Carleton\u2019s human rights and equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No\u00ebl joined Carleton in 2022 from the University of Ottawa where he was the director of the Human Rights Office. Prior to this, he was the Assistant Vice-President, Equity, Diversity and Human Rights at Laurentian University, as well as the Executive Director of York University\u2019s Centre for Human Rights.
