Currently, Dr. Al-Habashna is an Adjunct Research Professor at Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada. Dr. Al-Habashna has won multiple awards including excellence and best-paper awards. He worked as a reviewer for many conferences and journals including the IEEE ICC and Multimedia Tools and Applications journal. Dr. Al-Habashna is also the co-chair for the Communications and Networking Symposium (CNS) and a Technical Program Committee Member in conferences such as the International Symposium on Performance Evaluation of Computer and Telecommunication Systems (SPECTS).
