He holds joint appointments at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health and the Department of Physical &amp; Environmental Sciences. He is internationally recognized for his work on indoor air quality and is a fellow of ASHRAE and a member of the Academy of Fellows of the International Society for Indoor Air and Climate (ISIAQ). She is a Professional Engineer, a Building Energy Modeling Professional and has a Masters\u2019 degree in Sustainable Engineering. Prior to Deloitte, Afaf led the Building Performance teams in Quebec and Ottawa at Stantec. Through demonstrated leadership, client engagement and mentorship, Afaf is a subject matter expert in climate risk assessments, ESG, Net-Zero, whole-life carbon, and lifecycle costing assessments. Afaf has also provided consulting services for all types of buildings across Canada.
