Justin was at college prior to coming to Carleton. He enjoys many hobbies, including music and flying. He is looking forward to connecting with students and finding out their goals and interests so that he can point them to resources that can help them. He plans to encourage students to use ESP advising, coaching, and workshops, because “they actualize what ESP is all about – transitioning people into a university environment and the expectations that go with it.”
