The Centre for Initiatives in Education (CIE<\/a>) hires qualified upper year and graduate students to coach students in the Enriched Support Program (ESP<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Academic Coaches do outreach in ESP first-year seminars<\/a> and workshops<\/a> and book appointments with students one-on-one to coach them<\/a> academically both online and in-person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
