Carleton’s Student Leadership Conference (SOAR<\/a>) is an annual conference for student leaders at Carleton University. At SOAR, students are challenged and inspired to develop their leadership skills through informative and interactive workshops and presentations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year’s conference was held on Saturday, January 27th and ESP Mentors<\/a> Rebecca\u2019s McKinnon, Sarah Scott, and Brian Lepine presented at the popular event. Their presentation entitled “Creativity is for Everyone: Mentoring Through a Creative Lens,” explored how to truly capture an audience and create genuine engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
