She holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in philosophy from the University of Victoria and a master\u2019s degree in philosophy from Carleton University.&nbsp;Rebecca&#8217;s master\u2019s thesis,&nbsp;<em>Disability Friendly Virtue<\/em>&nbsp;<em>Ethics,&nbsp;<\/em>blended ethics and disability studies. Her current research centres on the question of individual moral responsibility. Her specific focus is the crisis that occurred in Ontario long-term care facilities during COVID-19.
