Students from various disciplines working on diverse topics are encouraged to apply. Topics could include: free trade agreements, arctic\/maritime issues, governance, business, EU in the media, energy\/sustainability. If you are interested, but unsure of your topic, please contact <a class=\"email\" href=\"&#109;&#x61;&#x69;l&#116;&#x6f;:&#101;&#x75;&#x73;&#112;&#x72;&#x6f;g&#64;&#x75;v&#105;&#x63;&#x2e;&#99;&#x61;\">e&#117;&#115;&#112;&#x72;&#x6f;&#x67;&#64;u&#118;&#105;&#x63;&#x2e;&#x63;&#x61;<\/a>\u00a0for more information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application:<\/strong> Submit no more than a 100-\u00ad\u2010word abstract of your paper to <a href=\"&#109;&#x61;&#x69;l&#116;&#x6f;:&#101;&#x75;s&#112;&#x72;o&#103;&#x40;&#x75;&#118;&#x69;&#x63;&#46;&#99;&#x61;\">&#101;&#x75;&#115;&#x70;r&#111;&#x67;&#64;&#x75;v&#x69;c&#46;&#x63;&#97;<\/a> with \u201c4.1-\u00ad\u2010State of the EU Proposal\u201d in the subject line. In the email, please include department, institution, degree pursuing (ie.
