href=\"http:\/\/osce-network.net\/members\/institutions\/institute-for-global-transformations-igt\/\"><strong>Dr. Olexsii Semenii<\/strong><\/a>, Director of the Institute for Global Transformations in Kiev<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fes-vienna.org\/rocpe\/team\/\"><strong>Dr. Reinhard<\/strong> <strong>Krumm<\/strong><\/a>, Head of Office, FES Vienna<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/eurus\/people\/nikolko-milana\/\"><strong>Dr. Milana Nikolko<\/strong><\/a>, Adjunct Professor, Institute of European, Russian and Eurasian Studies (EURUS), Carleton University<\/p>\n<p>About the event: The FES Vienna office brought together a select, high-level group of Russians, Europeans, Americans, and Ukrainians to develop four long-term scenarios for Ukraine, using more than 75 key international and domestic factors that may determine Ukraine\u2019s future.<\/p>\n<p>The detailed report can be downloaded here: <a
