The lecturer will present insights on Germany&#8217;s foreign policy challenges for the fourth government lead by Chancellor Angela Merkel.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Markus Kaim is Senior Fellow in International Security at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swp-berlin.org\/wissenschaftler-detail\/markus-kaim\/\">German Institute for International and Security Affairs of the <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swp-berlin.org\/wissenschaftler-detail\/markus-kaim\/\">Stiftung<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swp-berlin.org\/wissenschaftler-detail\/markus-kaim\/\">Wissenschaft<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swp-berlin.org\/wissenschaftler-detail\/markus-kaim\/\"> und <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swp-berlin.org\/wissenschaftler-detail\/markus-kaim\/\">Politik<\/a> (SWP) in Berlin. <a
