“Career Advice from Current MA Students and Recent Graduates”

The Institute of European, Russian and Eurasian Studies presents the second event of our ‘Life after University’ series, aimed at getting BA and MA students thinking about life after university. Our panel of presenters, recent graduates and current MA students from EURUS, will be discussing how to go about applying for jobs while balancing the demands of being full-time graduate students. They will be providing students with their own personal tips on job hunting; resume writing and highlighting opportunities open to students at Carleton interested in the job market, upon graduation. Students will also be given the opportunity to ask our panelists questions on how they found their jobs and what elements of their university program helped them transition from a university to a working environment.

Pizza and Cold Drinks will be served.
