Past Event

This year the Institute of European, Russian and Eurasian Studies at Carleton University will be celebrating its 50th anniversary through a myriad of events aimed at highlighting its history and its future.

Our first event will take place on September 30th at 7:00 pm (Ottawa) and will bring together all past and present directors at a roundtable discussion where they will reflect on EURUS’ storied history, times of trouble, guests who have passed through our halls, and what the Institute has meant to them. How each of them have contributed to make EURUS what it is today. We are excited to welcome Larry Black, Joan DeBardeleben, Piotr Dutkiewicz, Andrea Chandler, Achim Hurrelmann, Jeff Sahadeo to this discussion and our new director, Crina Viju as moderator. Registration is required.
