The Centre for European Studies, European Union Centre of Excellence at Carleton University in collaboration with the Embassy of the Republic of Latvia in Canada are pleased to present an upcoming lecture.

Dr. Andris Sprüds, Director of the Latvian Institute of International Affairs, will discuss the importance of the European Union’s Eastern Partnership in light of the ongoing crisis in Ukraine.
