The Carleton University Centre for European Studies (an EU Centre of Excellence) and the University of Ottawa School of Political Studies are pleased to present a lecture by Dr. Arnauld Leclerc of l’Université de Nantes, entitled: “Les principes normatifs de l’Europe cosmopolitique: Telos, Nomos, Ethos”.
