The Centre for European Studies is pleased to invite you to a talk by
Dr. Martin Geiger, Institute for Migration Research and Intercultural Studies (IMIS), University of Osnabrück and Visiting Scholar, Centre for European Studies, Carleton University
Dr. Geiger will analyze and discuss the interplay between EU institutions and non-EU actors such as the IOM (International Organization for Migration), the UNHCR, OSCE, and non-EU countries in the field of external EU migration policies and migration-related activities. His talk will give particular attention to these issues in relation to Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Ukraine.
