Professor Leonid Grigoriev

Professor Grigoriev holds a PhD in Economics from Moscow State University. He is the Deputy Director and Chief of Research of the Russian Energy Agency, as well as a Professor and Chair of World Economy in the Department of Economy and Politics at the Higher School of Economics in Moscow. Dr. Grigoriev is also the Chair of the Board of WWF-Russia.

Professor Grigoriev is the author of more than 300 publications. His main areas of research include global and Russian economies, business cycle and forecasting; global energy and climate problems; property rights, corporate control and privatization; capital formation and private finance; and the interersts of social strata, including the middle class.
