The workshop will also feature three thematic panels with presenters from Carleton University, the University of Latvia,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.helsinki.fi\/en\">the University of Helsinki<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.prif.org\/en\/\">Peace Research Institute Frankfurt<\/a>&nbsp;(PRIF), and the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.uniroma3.it\/en\/\">University of Roma Tre<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No advance registration is available.
