This lecture will explore the consequences of population change and migration for regional development, and the labour and housing markets in Germany. Implications for Germany\u2019s welfare system and the social cohesion between generations will also be discussed\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Guest Lecturer Biography<\/strong>:<br>\nDr. Hans Dieter Laux is Professor Emeritus of Geography at the University of Bonn, Germany where he teaches urban, social, and population geography.
