Prior to this,&nbsp;Prof. Hajizada was at Harvard University\u2019s Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies&nbsp;as a Fulbright Scholar during the academic year 2017-18. He was awarded a Jean Monnet Chair from the European Commission in 2014.
