FPA offers its students a number of valuable opportunities, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/fpga\/carleton-university-student-leadership-initiative\/\">Carleton University Student Leadership Initiative (undergraduate)<\/a><br>FPGA is actively involved in the Carleton University Student Leadership Initiative, an immersive co-curricular certificate supporting leadership development of upper-year undergraduate students from Carleton\u2019s five faculties. It offers a unique opportunity for a small cohort to discover and grow leadership potential through interactive workshops featuring conversations with experienced leaders, as well as reflective and collaborative learning activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/fpga\/ipaf-research-experience-course\/\">IPAF 4900 research mentorship opportunity (undergraduate)<\/a><br><br>IPAF 4900 is a 0.5 credit course that enables you to learn about research by collaborating with a professor on his or her research project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/fpga\/deans-honour-list\/\">Dean\u2019s Honour List  (undergraduate)<\/a><br><br>Every year, the Faculty of Public and Global Affairs honours students who have achieved a GPA of 10.0 or higher by including them on the <em>Dean\u2019s Honour List<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/fpga\/fpga-student-edi-research-award\/\">FPGA Student EDI Research Award (undergraduate)<\/a><br><br>The establishment of this annual award is to recognize the importance of, and to encourage student research in, equity, diversity and inclusion and reconciliation-related topics.
